I'm the Team Leader!

The team chose me  for being the team leader for this project I believed is a big responsability because you have to be there for everyone if something goes bad, but I also hoped we can work good together as a team.
I believed that the difficult part is getting the organization righ on track as the tasks, once we have all in a rutine we can work fluently.
Today I was with my team in the second meeting for making the right path for the 1st project
